China Bowl Performance at Patriot-Bronco Games

Next summer, the New England Patriots will play the Seattle Seahawks in a preseason game in China on Wednesday, Aug. 8, in Beijing, a game that will serve as the kickoff to that city's one-year countdown to the Summer Olympic Games. During the Sunday night (9/24/2006) football game against Denver Bronco, the Patriots had a China Bowl-themed halftime show presented in conjunction with the announcement. It included a traditional Chinese folk dance and the introduction of the five 2008 Beijing Olympic mascots. The show also included the appearance of nine former U.S. Olympians from the New England area. Near one hundred flag carriers performed by some local Chinese groups added more excitement to the entire show. Yuquan is very happy and proud to be one of the flag carriers in spreading out the words of 2008 Olympic Game in Beijing. It was a fun and exciting experience for Yuquan.
